We are currently accepting applications for the following positions: Service Technician Location: San Diego, CA Qualifications:  3-5 years of experience to operate, maintain, and troubleshoot HVAC, commercial refrigeration, boilers, and boiler room related equipment. Conduct equipment readings critical for operations, efficient performance, maintenance history, and reporting. Complete internal & external inspections of boilers, burners, pumps, boiler rooms, chillers, HVAC and associated controls. Perform inspections and preventive equipment maintenance. Provides clear, accurate, customer-focused verbal & written communication. Ensures top quality service in a timely, efficient, & customer-focused manner. Ensure compliance with company, industry, and regulatory safety standards and protocols. Must be able to climb ladders, work in elevated temperatures (steam manholes), and carry 50 pounds of equipment At times, requires a substantial amount of travel (30+ hours/week). Must have a valid California driver’s license & good driving record. Background investigation (government facility admittance). Perform other duties as required.
